COVID-19 Online Order Information

We’re working hard to ensure that our online business continues to operate as usual during this uncertain period. We’re taking all necessary steps to ensure that your order is processed and delivered to you as safely and efficiently as possible, whilst adhering to important government COVID-19 restrictions. Please allow for slight delays in deliveries during this time.

If you have any queries regarding online orders and delivery, we’re here to help. You can call us on 01 2860144 or email info@bannonjewellers.ie
We will be keeping this page updated with the latest information.

Q. Can I still order online?
A. Yes, our website is still operating as normal and you can order online. We will contact you once your order is placed to discuss dispatch and delivery details. Your order will be dispatched via An Post Registered service.

Q. Are your branches still open?
A. No, in the interest of the safety of our staff, customers and the community, we temporarily closed our Bray and Blackrock branches on Monday 23rd March.

Q. Can I still contact Bannon Jewellers with queries
A. Yes, we are still here to help. You can contact us on 01 2860144 or email info@bannonjewellers.ie. You can also contact us via our social media channels, Instagram and Facebook.

Q. Can I order for delivery outside the Republic of Ireland
A. Please note that orders for delivery outside the Republic of Ireland may be delayed due to COVID-19 border restrictions, of which Bannon Jewellers have no control. We recommend that you check the relevant country information for details regarding incoming deliveries before placing your order.

Q. Will I have to sign for my delivery?
A. We will be dispatching your order with An Post using their registered parcel service. During this period, to mitigate against the risk of Covid-19, An Post postal delivery staff will not hand their scanner to customers for a signature. The delivery person will sign on behalf of the customer, in their presence, to reduce contact.

Q. Is click and collect still available?
A. As our stores are closed temporarily, we are no longer able to offer click and collect. If you have placed an order for click and collect, we will contact you to determine the best address to deliver your parcel.
