- Can I cancel my order? How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before we dispatch it by contacting us directly via telephone or email.
- Can I amend my order once it has been placed? Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
If you’d like to amend or make any changes to your order once it’s been placed, please email us directly at info@bannonjewellers.ie and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- How much do you charge for the UK and international orders?
We charge €25 for orders.

When will I receive my order? How long does it take until I receive my order?
- Ireland & Northern Ireland – Expected delivery in 4-5 days
- Europe - Expected delivery in 7 - 10 days
- International – Expected delivery in 10-12 days
- What do I do if I never received my order?
Sometimes, packages can take longer than usual to arrive at their destination, especially during busy times such as the festive period. You can get in touch with us on 01 286 0144 or email us on info@bannonjewellers.ie if you have any queries in relation to your order.
- Where is my order confirmation? What should I do if I never receive a confirmation email?
Order confirmations emails can sometimes end up on spam/junk folders. If you haven’t received a order confirmation please contact us directly by emailing info@bannonjewellers.ie or calling us on 01 286 0144 and we can check the status of your order.
- What should I do if there’s an item missing from my order?
While every care is taken when processing and dispatching orders, if you find an item is missing from your order, and you haven’t been advised by us that an item is unavailable or to be dispatched at a later date, please contact us immediately by phone on 01 286 0144 or by emailing info@bannonjewellers.ie

You will receive a confirmation email on your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return period from the date of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, in the condition in which they were purchased, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
For watches, the original tag and original watch packaging must also be included.
Please note:

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned.

- How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are returning an item in store, you must have proof of purchase and the product must be returned in their original condition.
- What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
If you are concerned that your refund is incorrect, please contact us by calling 01 286 0144 or emailing info@bannonjewellers.ie with your order details.
- Where’s my refund?
Refunds will be made via the method of payment at time of ordering. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to process.
- How long do I have to return my order or an item?

- How long does it take to process my return?
We endeavour to process returns within 2 working days of receipt of items. You will receive email notification once your return has been processed.
- Do you refund delivery charges?
Refunds are exclusive of delivery charges.
PAYMENT
- What payment methods are available? What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for all of your online orders using most major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. We also offer humm, an installment plan facility. You can find more information about humm here.
- Can I use PayPal to make my payment?
Yes, we accept most major credit and debit cards and payments via PayPal.
- What should I do if I’m experiencing problems when paying?
If any problems arise while you are paying, please let us know by emailing us at info@bannonjewellers.ie or calling 01 286 0144 during our opening hours Mon- Sat 09.00- 18.00
- Are custom VAT or duty fees included in the order?
Prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU may be liable for import taxes and duties.
We recommend you contact your local customs office as they can better advise on potential charges that may be incurred. You will not be charged Tax when shopping online with us.
DELIVERY
- What delivery options do you offer?
Standard 4-5 days delivery within Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We offer free delivery on all orders of €80 or over. Orders below €80 will be charged with €5 for delivery.
Standard 7-12 days delivery within Europe. We offer free delivery on all orders of €150 or over. Orders below €150 will be charged with €10 for delivery.
UK and International Delivery, 10-12 days, is €25 for all orders.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU may be liable for import taxes and duties.
We recommend you contact your local customs office as they can better advise on potential charges that may be incurred. You will not be charged Tax when shopping online with us.

We offer international delivery at a charge of €25 on orders.

We offer Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland delivery at a charge of €5 on orders below €80.
We offer Europe delivery at a charge of €10 on orders below €150.
We offer UK & international delivery at a charge of €25 on orders.
